Gas safety importance
The importance of a gas safety check can’t be stressed enough. It is the duty of the landlord to get an annual gas safety certificate, from a gas safe registered engineer. But it goes further than just a legal requirement for landlords, as any homeowner should be aware of the fact that without getting a gas safety check, they may be susceptible to carbon monoxide poisoning, which is known as the silent killer.
